Thursday December 25, 2008. Today we present our annual, special Christmas presentation. It features everything from a reading of The Christmas Story interspersed with traditional Christmas carols and songs performed by contemporary artists like Bruce Springstein, Faith Hill, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Manheim Steamroller, the Beatles, the Trans Siberian Orchestra, and many others – to an unusual reading of “The Night Before Christmas” by none other than George W. Bush (an impersonator actually – there was reading involved, don’t forget).
We will also feature Dave Lippman’s hilarious song “The Twelve Days of Bushmas,” as well as Weird Al Yankovic’s completely irreverent “It’s Christmas At Ground Zero.”
Suffice to say, this special Christmas presentation will feature something for everyone, especially, the progressive, liberal contingency of our audience.
