    The reason this person gave the response that he did to Cindy Sheehan quitting the anti-war campaign is because they bought in to the whole neo-patriotic B.S. that others of their ilk had. For these people to say anything critical of the Bush administration or the war, it would completely discredit their stand on the war. And some people can’t wait to take one last swipe at Sheehan.

    This goes on to show how petty the right really is. I didn’t care much for the war funding bill that passed recently. But I can understand why the Democrats felt that they had no choice but to back down. Bush owns this war to the detriment of our troops and their families. But this war will be like a stone around his neck and also that of the Republican Party. Hopefully that stone will drag them all down by the election next year.

    Bush may not be running next year, but his policies and his record of incompetence will be.
